Gregg Davenport, 66, of Connersville
Gregg Davenport, 66 of Connersville passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2026. He was born on November 1, 1959 in St. Charles, MO.
Gregg primarily worked for Roots in his younger years. During his early twenties he found great joy in derby cars, he spent countless hours working on them and enjoyed the roar of their engine. Music was another love of Gregg’s life, especially the sounds of 1980s rock and roll. He enjoyed the classic hits that defined an era.
Gregg is survived by his mother, Kay Cottongim; his daughter, Sarah (Chris) Frye; and his grandchildren, Diesel, Bo and Emmy.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Luke Frye; and his grandparents, Guy and Frances Davenport.
Friends and Family may visit Urban Winkler Funeral Home located at 513 W 8th Street Connersville, IN 47331 on Monday January 12, 2026 from 2:00PM until 4:00PM. Funeral Services will begin at 4:00PM.
