Albert P. Pursifull of Laurel, IN, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH at the age of 74. Albert was born on June 20, 1951, the son of the late Elijah and Lillian Margaret Richmond Pursifull.
On September 12, 1988, Albert was united in marriage to the former Takara Alkini Noll. They shared a total of 40 years together prior to his death.
Albert was a loving husband and father that enjoyed reading, collecting coins and antiques, going for long walks in the woods, rock hunting and just being outdoors enjoying nature. His most valuable treasure was the time he spent with family.
Albert’s love and memories will be cherished by the love of his life, Takara; sons, twins Tacreston Pursifull and Tapreston Pursifull, Tyiwron Pursifull and Taylor (Angie) Blake; and a sister Louise Peters, as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Roger, Timothy, Carlis, Saul and Charlie Pursifull; and sisters, Ruth Sparks, Dora Smothers, Clora Jean Buchanan.
Funeral services will be conducted at Full Gospel Holiness Church, 1109 W. 10th Street, Connersville, on Tuesday February 17, 2026, at 3:00 pm with Pastor Jeff Hensley officiating. Friends and family may gather at the church from 1:00 pm until the hour of the service.
