Cheryl Ann Lewis, 60, of Connersville
Cheryl Ann Lewis, 60, of Connersville, passed away Sunday afternoon, March 15, 2026, at her residence.
One of six children of Jack Lee and Linda Lou Armbrecht Lewis, Cheryl was born on August 10, 1965, in Connersville. She was a proud 1984 graduate of Connersville High School.
In her 20s, Cheryl lived in Winona Lake near Warsaw, Indiana, for a number of years. She later returned to Connersville to reside with her mother, with whom she shared a very close bond.
A member of St. Gabriel Church, Cheryl enjoyed staying active in sports during her youth. In her leisure time, she especially found joy in the simple pleasure of working on crossword puzzles alongside her mother.
Survivors include five siblings, Jerry (Gilda) Lewis of Connersville, Gary (Robin) Lewis of Liberty, Robert Lewis of Connersville, David Lewis of Liberty, and Christine (Dale) Newcomer of Gandeeville, West Virginia. She is also survived several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack Lee and Linda Lou Lewis; and two nephews, Matthew Lee Lewis and Kyle Burns.
Funeral services will be conducted at the convenience of the family.
