Fayette County Daily Arrest Blotter (December 3 – 5, 2025)

The Fayette County Sheriff’s Department processed several individuals based on alleged arrest reports and a drug investigation completed in early December.

Alleged Drug and Weapon Offenses (Including December 3 Investigation)

The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office concluded an investigation on December 3rd into the illegal sale of narcotic drugs, resulting in the following charges:

• Durham, M. faces alleged charges including Dealing in a narcotic drug (Level 2 and 4 Felonies), Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 4 Felony), Possession of a syringe (Level 6 Felony), Maintaining a common nuisance(Level 6 Felony), and Possession of paraphernalia (Class C Misdemeanor).
• Drew, D. faces alleged charges including Dealing in a narcotic drug (Level 3 and 4 Felonies), and Maintaining a common nuisance (Level 6 Felony).
• Barrett, G. faces alleged charges including Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), and Maintaining a common nuisance (Level 6 Felony).
• Reece, C. faces alleged charges including Failure to register as a sex offender (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a syringe (Level 6 Felony), Maintaining a common nuisance(Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C Misdemeanor), and Possession of marijuana (Class B Misdemeanor).
• Allen, L. faces alleged charges including Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Maintaining a common nuisance (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C Misdemeanor), and Possession of marijuana (Class C Misdemeanor).
• Allen, J. faces an alleged charge of Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony) and Visiting a common nuisance (Class A Misdemeanor).

The following individuals were processed based on the other arrest reports:

• Watts, S. faces alleged charges including Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe or Needle, Maintaining a Common Nuisance-Controlled Substances, Possession of Methamphetamine/Amphetamine, and Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug.
• Lynch, D. faces an alleged charge of Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug.
• Spaulding, C. faces an alleged charge of Possession of Hypodermic Syringe or Needle.
• Imes, K. faces alleged charges of Possession of a Syringe and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
• Grazin, V. faces multiple alleged charges including Possession of Methamphetamine/Amphetamine and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
• Bennett, G. faces alleged charges including Maintaining a Common Nuisance-Controlled Substances, Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug, and Possession of Methamphetamine/Amphetamine.
• Neal, J. faces alleged charges including Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug, and Visiting a Common Nuisance-Legend Drug.

Alleged Violence and Property Crimes

• Howard, S. faces several alleged charges including Strangulation, Battery-Bodily Waste, Invasion of Privacy, and Battery on a Protected Person.
• Hamilton, J. faces multiple counts of Alleged Domestic Battery-Simple Assault.
• Roberts, A. faces an alleged Battery charge.
• Robinson, L. faces multiple Alleged Fraud charges.
• Michael, J. faces alleged charges including Possession of a Common Nuisance-Controlled Substances and Visiting a Common Nuisance-Legend Drug.

Alleged Driving and Public Order Offenses

• Watts, S. faces an alleged Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated charge.
• Blakley, W. faces multiple alleged Driving While Suspended charges.
• Guge, B. faces multiple alleged Driving While Suspended charges.
• Grazin, V. also faces an alleged Obstruction of Justice charge.
• Gibson, M. faces Alleged Public Intoxication and Alleged Operation of a Vehicle While Intoxicated charges.
• Burch, R. faces alleged charges including Failure to Appear and Resisting Law Enforcement.
