Court Proceedings: Guilty Pleas and Sentencing

Several individuals entered pleas of guilty and were convicted and sentenced in Fayette Circuit Court between November 14 and November 21, 2025, before Judge Hubert Branstetter, Jr.

• Reeves, L.: Was found Guilty of Alleged Attempted Aggravated Battery (a Level 3 Felony, reduced to a Lesser Included Offense) and a Lesser Included Offense of the Crime Charged. Reeves, L. was sentenced to 9 years, with 6 years suspended to probation (3 years of probation imposed).
• Ketcham, J.: Was found Guilty of Alleged Neglect of a Dependent (a Level 6 Felony). Ketcham, J. was sentenced to 2 years suspended to Probation.
• Murrell, D.: Was found Guilty of multiple charges, including Alleged Unlawful Carrying of a Handgun (F5), Alleged Possession of Methamphetamine (F6), Alleged Possession of Marijuana (CM), and Alleged Possession of Paraphernalia (CM). Murrell, D. was sentenced to 1 21 years executed in the Department of Correction, running consecutive to prior cases.

Recent Alleged Arrests and Charges (November 22 – 23, 2025)

The following individuals were processed based on alleged arrest reports from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department:

• Grazin, V.: Faces multiple alleged charges, including Alleged Obstruction of Justice (F6), Alleged Possession of Methamphetamine/Amphetamine (F6), Alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana/Hash, BM), and Alleged Possession of Controlled Substance – Paraphernalia (CM).
• Guge, B.: Faces multiple alleged charges, including Alleged Possession of Methamphetamine/Amphetamine(F6), Alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance – Prior Conviction (BM), and multiple Alleged Driving While Suspended charges.
• Skylar, R.: Was arrested on an Alleged 1158 Arrest Warrant.
• Saxon, L.: Faces an Alleged Reckless Driving charge (CM).
• Imes, C.: Faces an Alleged Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury charge (F6).

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
