Structure Fire Responded to on US 52 in Rush County

The Glenwood Volunteer Fire Department reported responding to a structure fire on Saturday evening in the 7900 block of East US 52. According to their official page, the call came in at 7:34 PM.

Upon arrival, units located a small fire near the electric meter on the exterior of the residence. Firefighters then entered the home and found minor fire extension inside. The fire was extinguished using water extinguishers.

Due to the nature of the call, Anderson Township Fire responded with a structure fire response. Rushville Fire EMS also assisted at the scene, where one patient was evaluated and subsequently released.
