  • Charges: Theft (Level 6 Felony) and Resisting Law Enforcement (Class A Misdemeanor).

DELWYN LEE TROUT

  • Sentence: Committed to the Fayette County Jail for 1 year, with 30 days executed through Home Detention and 11 months suspended to probation. Terms include a 270-day specialized driving license and substance abuse evaluation.

JEFFERY ALAN AUBUCHON

  • Charge: Dealing in a Schedule III Controlled Substance (Level 6 Felony).
  • Sentence: Sentenced to 2 years, all of which is suspended to probation. The defendant was assessed a $200 drug interdiction fee.

ALEXIS WYLIE

  • Charges: Unlawful Possession of a Syringe (Level 6 Felony) and Theft (Class A Misdemeanor).
  • Sentence: Sentenced to 18 months for the syringe charge (6 months executed through Home Detention) and 150 days executed for theft, to be served consecutively. The defendant is banned from all Walmart locations.

BRITTANY HAGGERTY

  • Charge: Theft (Class A Misdemeanor) and Probation Violation.
  • Sentence: Sentenced to 1 year suspended to probation for theft. For the probation violation, the defendant was sentenced to 15 months, with 180 days executed through Home Detention. The defendant is under a lifetime ban from all Walmart locations.

RAYMOND BACK JR.

  • Charge: Resisting Law Enforcement with a Vehicle (Level 6 Felony).
  • Sentence: Committed to the Indiana Department of Corrections for 30 months, with 2 months executed via Home Detention and 28 months suspended to probation. The sentence includes a 6-month license suspension.

LOGAN FLOWERS

  • Charges: Resisting Law Enforcement and Criminal Trespass (Class A Misdemeanors).
  • Sentence: Sentenced to 1 year for each count, all suspended to probation, to be served concurrently. A special condition includes continued mental health counseling.

DENNIS DYKES, JR.

  • Charge: Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury (Class A Misdemeanor).
  • Sentence: Sentenced to 1 year, all suspended to probation. A special condition of probation includes a No Contact Order (NCO).
