Rush County Assessor, Auditor, Area Plan, Recorder, Surveyor, and Treasurer offices located at the Rush County Courthouse 101 East 2nd Street; Rushville IN 46173, will be closed to the public on September 16, 2026 -September 18, 2026, due to the beginning of the Courthouse Renovation. Those offices will open to the public on September 21, 2026, located at 1111 W 3rd Street: Rushville, IN 46173.
