The following individuals were sentenced in Fayette Circuit Court on March 6, 2026, under Judge Hubert Branstetter, Jr.


Bryce Gibbs

Bryce Gibbs, 24, pleaded guilty to Child Exploitation, a Level 4 Felony.

Under the terms of a plea agreement, Gibbs was sentenced to 8 years. The court ordered 4 years to be executed in the Indiana Department of Correction, with the remaining 4 years suspended to probation. Gibbs received credit for 554 actual days served and 185 good time days. Remaining counts in the case were dismissed.

Latosha Ann Allen

Latosha Ann Allen, 36, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Narcotic Drug, a Level 5 Felony.

Allen was sentenced to 3 years. The court ordered 1.5 years to be executed on work release through Fayette County Community Corrections, followed by 1.5 years suspended to probation. This sentence is to be served consecutively to Cause No. 21C01-2101-F4-010. Allen was assessed a $200 drug interdiction fee and received credit for 93 actual days served and 31 good time days.

Kasey N. Hurt

Kasey N. Hurt, 41, pleaded guilty to Theft, a Level 6 Felony.

Hurt was sentenced to 1.5 years, all of which was suspended to probation. As part of the plea agreement, Count I in the case was dismissed. She received credit for 45 actual days served and 45 good time days.
