Felony 6 Filings

  • Dawson, L. faces alleged charges of residential entry and criminal mischief where damage is between $750 and $50k.
  • Hufford, D. faces an alleged charge of possession of methamphetamine (less than 5g).
  • Selby, I. faces alleged charges of possession of methamphetamine (less than 5g), possession of a narcotic drug (less than 5g), and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
  • Aubuchon, J. faces an alleged charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction within 7 years.

Criminal Misdemeanor Filings

  • Sallee, T. faces alleged charges of public intoxication, possession of marijuana, and refusal to identify self.
  • Reed, V. faces an alleged charge of battery resulting in bodily injury.
  • Tague, K. faces alleged charges of invasion of privacy, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and public intoxication.
  • Boyd, M. faces alleged charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, public intoxication, and minor consuming alcohol.
  • Eckstein, G. faces alleged charges of resisting law enforcement, intimidation, battery, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Traffic Infractions

  • Barber, W. was cited for alleged improper or no tail or plate light.
  • Harris, E. was cited for alleged driving while suspended.
  • Lambert, V. was cited for alleged speeding (exceeding 30 MPH in an urban district).
  • Barnett, R. was cited for alleged operating with expired plates and operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility.
  • Glover, R. was cited for alleged driving while suspended.
