CONNERSVILLE, INDIANA — Fall is just around the corner, and the Alquina community is
preparing to celebrate with the 11th Annual Alquina Blue Arrows Park Fall Festival on Saturday, October 3, 2026.
Held at the scenic Alquina Blue Arrows Park, the annual festival brings families, friends, neighbors, local makers, car enthusiasts, quilters, and visitors together for a full day of fall fun and community spirit.
The festival will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will feature a variety of activities and attractions for all ages, including:
- Craft Market featuring local makers and artisans
- Classic Car Show featuring cars, trucks, hot rods, muscle cars, and more
- Tractors and farm displays
- 3rd Annual Quilt Show at Alquina Church
- Pumpkin patch
- Children’s area with activities for kids of all ages
- Homemade breakfast and lunch concessions
- And plenty more to see and enjoy throughout the day
3rd Annual Alquina Quilt Show
The 3rd Annual Quilt Show will be held at Alquina Church from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on October 3. Quilters are invited to enter their work for a $5-per-quilt entry fee, with proceeds benefiting the Alquina Blue Arrows Park restroom fund.
Quilt drop-off will be held Friday, October 2, from 4:00–6:30 p.m. Quilt pickup will be Saturday, October 3, from 4:00–6:00 p.m., or Sunday at the church. For questions about the quilt show, call 765-265-7097.
Annual Fall Festival Car Show
The festival will also feature the Annual Alquina Blue Arrows Park Car Show.
Registration will be held from 9:00 a.m. to noon, with winners announced at 3:00 p.m. Awards include Top 30 and 10 special awards, and dash plaques will be presented to the first 75 cars.
The registration fee is $15 per vehicle, with proceeds benefiting Alquina Blue Arrows Park. All makes and models are welcome, including classic cars, muscle cars, trucks, hot rods, and unique vehicles.
Craft Vendors
The festival’s craft market will once again showcase talented local makers and artisans. Organizers are currently looking for additional craft vendors for this year’s event.
Those interested in becoming a vendor should contact Karen Bales at karenmbales@yahoo.com and include a description of what they plan to sell. Food, drinks, and pumpkins are not permitted as vendor items.
The Alquina Blue Arrows Park Fall Festival has become a beloved annual tradition, offering an opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the park while supporting the continued improvement and preservation of this special community gathering place.

The public is invited to attend and enjoy the festival. Admission is free, with food, vendor items, and car show registration available for purchase.
