The Fayette County Sheriff’s Department processed several individuals based on arrest reports from mid-January. No minors are included in these reports.
Alleged Drug and Weapon Offenses
- Hokey, C. faces alleged charges including possession of methamphetamine, controlled substance possession (marijuana/hash oil/salvia), and possession of paraphernalia.
- Arvin, H. faces alleged charges including possession of methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle.
- Reisert, B. faces alleged charges including possession of methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle.
- Waddell, B. faces alleged charges including controlled substance possession (marijuana/hash oil/salvia) and possession of a controlled substance (Schedule II, III, IV).
- Payton, L. faces an alleged charge of controlled substance possession (marijuana/hash oil/salvia).
Alleged Violence, Property, and Public Order Crimes
- Tressler, C. faces an alleged burglary charge.
- Waddell, B. faces an alleged charge of theft-shoplifting.
- Kinders, R. faces an alleged charge of criminal mischief.
- Hokey, C. faces alleged charges of resisting law enforcement and reckless driving.
- Reisert, B. faces an alleged charge of obstruction of justice.
- Arvin, H. faces an alleged charge of possession of paraphernalia.
Alleged Driving Offenses
- Hokey, C. faces an alleged charge of leaving the scene of a property damage crash.
- Steele, S. faces an alleged charge of driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years.

- Thomas, D. was processed on an arrest warrant.
- Proctor, F. was processed on an arrest warrant.
